This is why you should not drink tea after eating







Day or night, tea is being consumed everyday to energize the boy. A sip of tea gets rid of all the tiredness of day and makes everyday refreshing.

Many people drink tea after meal. And some drink on an empty stomach. According to scientists drinking tea after eating is harmful.

It is not beneficial to drink tea after eating meal. Tea leaves are acidic. When it mixes with the protein of food, it breaks it down. This creates problem in the process of digesting protein.

There is also another reason. Tea is a caffeine compound. It increases blood pressure. It increases level of cartisole hormone in body. It creates different problems in the body. It can cause heart problems, diabetes to weight gain.

Tea also have poli phenol which does not allow body to absorb iron in food. So, women who have iron deficient or have chance of it should not drink tea after eating. If you have a habit and can not resist it, drink tea only after an hour of eating meal.
