Doctors recommend us to to have some medicine in an empty stomach and some medicine after having some food. Similarly, we should know that there are also some food which should be not eat in any empty stomach.

So, there should be routine table for food. Some food contains the much acid, and having them in an empty stomach will cause the negative impacts. Like; curd, tomato, banana is not good for health in an empty stomach. Lukewarm water is the best start for the day. Tea and coffee is also not beneficial for health in an empty stomach. Which food should not be eat in an empty stomach? We have some information for this;

Hot and Sour Food:
No matter how hungry you are, you should not eat the oily, hot and sour food. This will give the decrease in the capacity of digestion. This will give stomach pain.

Lemon Soda:
Lemon soda is the most good liquid for health. Even, sugar is not needed for it. Soda is the refreshing liquid with soda, water, lemon and ice-cream. This also contains the soda and electrolyte. However, it also contains the high amount of carbonate.So, the consumption of lemon soda in an empty stomach will give the demerits for health.

Banana:
The amount of magnesium will be extreme with the consumption of banana in an empty stomach. This will imbalance the amount of calcium and magnesium in body. Thus, consumption of banana in an empty stomach may lead to gastric and deep pain.

Tomato:
Tomato contains the high amount of acid. If it is consumed in an empty stomach, it will create some kind of negative impacts. This may cause the stone in stomach. Tomato is the good source for vitamin a,c, k folate and potassium.

Coffee and Tea:
Coffee in an empty stomach is same as poison. Coffee contains the caffeine in it, which will causes the negative impacts on health. Drink one glass of plain water instead of coffee in an empty stomach. Similarly, tea is also not good for health. Because the tea contains the high amount of acid. This will create the problem in stomach.

Alcohol:
Alcohol should not be drink in an empty stomach. So, have some food before an alcohol. An alcohol in an empty stomach will give burn in stomach and food will not get digest. This will cause a vomiting.
