KHASI KO BHUTUN / BHUTAN | How to make KHASI KO BHUTUN

KHASI KO BHUTUN or BHUTAN is all time favorite dish of all Nepalese people. We enjoy this recipe especially on the occasion of Dashain which is the main festival of our country Nepal. If you haven’t tried this recipe, make sure to try this once. It is really delicious. If you are abroad, you can buy this Goat stomach in Turkish Meat shop.



INGREDIENTS FOR Khasi ko bhutun / bhutan:

Ingredients to make KHASHI KO BHUTUN / BHUTAN :

To boil Stomach and Liver at first:
Enough water in a big POT.
¼ tsb cinnamon powder / daal chini ko powder
½ tsb fennel seeds / saunf (khana khai sake pachi kahne garincha yeslai)
¼ tsb trumeric powder / beshar
2 green cardamom

Ingredients needed to Prepare Khasi ko bhutun after boiling the stomach and liver:

½ kg goat stomach
½ kg goat liver
¼ cup of veg oil
1 tsb turmeric powder
Salt as per your taste
1 tsb garam masala powder
½ cup of chopped onions
3 green chilli longly chopped
some coriander
