Narayanghat-Mugling road section remains closed from 11 am to 3 pm every day for upgradation. Now there will not be any obstructions even during day time starting from June 15, according to a statement issued by the project office on Sunday. "As there would not be much upgradation works during monsoon, we have decided to lift the usual road closure effective from June 15," said project engineer Shiva Khanal. "We will issue another statement if we see any need to enforce closure again," he added.
