You are using many ways to loss the weight but those are not effective to you and you feel tension then there are some your own mistakes to such. Here are some own problems which never make you weight loss.
1. Imbalance Sleeping:
For weight loss, rest is very important because if you didn’t give rest to your body then it will be unable to destroy calorie and feeling more tired. But you feel hungry and even doing dieting never loss the weight until you take rest.
2. More physical exercise:
If you diet cannot work properly then doing Gym is useless. If you have thinking of spending whole time at Gym then take balance diet not excessive diet.
3. Didn’t take foods:
Controlling in taking food items is very good for health but didn’t take food is bad habit. Daily use of Salad can damage hunger hormone and carbohydrate into your body will be scarce. So take enough food for body not for stomach and never use Salad daily in place of food.
4. Taking food too fast:
Doctors and consultants give suggestion to take food fast but there is a time limitation for that. You have to take dinner at 7 p.m and lunch at 9-10 a.m. because it will be digest properly.
5. Translating food into Calories:
You have to be careful while taking foods because physician gives suggestion never watch television and never do any work like reading using laptops. You have to concentrate towards food which you are eating and didn’t convert food into calories.
