If you think to join gym and you want to make your body than go to the gym first.
First try it for 1 week. Do light exercise and lift less weight and try to go gym for 7 days. If you can do it and if you still want to do it than decide what to eat after that. This you should know because gym is not that easy, you will need to face problems at the start. There will be the disturbance on your muscles and you might get in problem. Many people cannot tolerate this and they leaves gym in middle way. Once you join gym you need to focus on health as well as cleanliness. You need to make a habit of waking up in the morning, eating on time and sleeping on time.
Eating habits As you do the gym regularly you need to focus on healthy diets as well and you need to eat balance diet food as well.
– If you want to make your body active than don’t forget to eat breakfast. It doesn’t matter at what time you do gym but eating breakfast in the morning is essential for everyone. In morning time there will be less sugar level that will not provide the enough energy for the body. The breakfast in the morning will help it. If you avoid the breakfast in the morning you will be the victim of fatness. Add protein in the morning food which will keep your stomach full and makes your muscles strong.
– Eat egg and gram.
– Don’t drink milk tea but drinking normal milk will provide you calcium.
– Eat peanuts.
– Eat the half part of avocado. Before going to gym
– Don’t eat anything before you do gym, this will make you lazy.
– Eat something 1 hour ahead you do the gym.
