7 days diet plan:
Day 1:

Day 2:
Eat green vegetables and soup only. Dried beans, soya beans, green vegetables. Eat boiled potatoes with soup at night.
Day 3:
Different soups, vegetables and fruits. But no potatoes at night. If you have continued the diet plan properly you have lost 4-5 kg of weight.
Day 4:
Eat bananas and milk on this day. Both milk and banana are high in calorie and carbohydrate. Eat 3 bananas and as much milk with soup.
Day 5:
Prepare 6-7 tomatoes, skinless chicken and fish as you desire. Drink at least 6-7 glasses of water. This clears uric acid. Drink soup at least once a day.
Day 6:
You can eat as much of skinless chicken, long beans, peas, fish and other vegetables. But do not eat fried potatoes. Drink the soup at least once.
